Chief Miller - Wheat Milling Firm (8-12 yrs)
We are a 100 years old Company and pioneer in wheat milling business. It has a state of the art flour milling complex with a capacity of 700 MT/24 hrs capacity plant at Greater Noida.
We are now looking for a Chief Miller. The successful candidate would be responsible for milling operations of the plant. His responsibilities inter alia would be the following :
- Responsible for production activities.
- Checking the product quality and extraction at regular intervals.
- Operation of the plant as per the given schedule with minimum downtime.
- Smooth and safe operation of mill in shifts.
- Manpower handling in shifts.
- Maintenance of plant hygiene and cleanliness.
- Planning and implementing maintenance schedule of Plan shifters Purifiers, Fluting scheme with Roll changing, Filters and other milling machines
- Implementing Flour Silos management including hygiene, fumigation etc
The incumbent would report to the GM-Works.
Profile of the candidate :
- B.Sc. or B.Tech / B.E in Food Technology is desirable.
- Flour Milling Course is mandatory.
- Minimum 8 - 12 years of experience in flour milling.
- Exposure in any continuous process industry
