Chief of Staff to the Founder - Executive Partners & Founder Office (5-6 yrs)
Chief of Staff to the Founder - Rachna Arora (Full-Time) - 5-6 years of experience
Role Purpose :
A structured, dependable professional who works directly with the Founder of Executive Partners to bring clarity, speed, alignment, focus, out-of-the-box thinking, and execution across a leadership search firm (Executive Partners) and a few new business initiatives being incubated in the human capital space. This is NOT a typical corporate Chief of Staff role. It is a builder- integrator- anchor role.
Compensation: 12 - 15 LPA + Heavy incentives + Performance Linked bonus
Key Responsibilities:--
- Convert Founder's ideas into structured plans, timelines, and execution maps.
- Build and maintain workflows, systems, and weekly operating structures.
- Be very good with numbers, financial modelling, preparing strategy decks, and MIS analytics.
- Create dashboards, trackers, and process documents.
- Manage the Founder's priorities, calendar, meetings, communication, and follow-ups.
- Support branding, content creation, podcast coordination, PR, and outreach activities.
- Conduct research and prepare strategic briefs.
- Coordinate hiring for BD, Engagement Managers, and selective senior leadership roles.
- Ensure disciplined execution across all workstreams.
- Should have good knowledge of PPTs and documents with high aesthetic and strategic quality.
- Comfortable using new-generation tech tools, AI tools, and digital productivity systems.
- Foster a positive organizational culture, ensure alignment with core business priorities, and support change management efforts.
