Chief Operating Officer - Fan Manufacturer (15-25 yrs)
Our client is the largest Manufacturer of Fans in India, with over a dozen manufacturing units, across Hyderabad, Himachal Pradesh and Goa
We are presently on the look out for a Chief Operating Officer for their plant in Goa, that is operational and employs over 200 employees, to manage the operation of all functions of the company to deliver on short and medium term business plan targets including sales, marketing, finance, human resources, inventory and logistics.
Should you have prior experience in :
- P&L responsibility and sustained growth.
- Leadership to increase the present operations and improve efficiency.
- Building a team and help them in their growth within the organization.
- Ensuring a performance oriented culture.
- Delivering key financial metrics and manage budgets,

An Engineering graduate with a formal Management Degree would be highly desirable, apart from having handled P&L and full operational responsibility for an independent business unit & focus on the growth of revenue, profitability and delivery!
