Chief Operating Officer - Highway Developer (13-25 yrs)
Our client is a leading highway developers in the country with an impressive portfolio of Public Private Partnership projects
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible overall operations of the company (P&L) across Maharashtra.
- Lead, develop and manage operations including project management, sales and marketing, human resource, funding and land utilization
- Ensure Legal and regulatory compliance.
- Overview and prepare Business plans, Financial models and Budgets and present to Board.
- Liaison with various Govt agencies for successful implementation of strategy including obtaining clearances and approvals of projects, coordinating with solicitors for legal documentation, litigation & arbitration.
- Group branding and positioning of brand, classification and projection of project brand, networking.
- Responsible for all project related functions including engineering, costing and budgeting, monitoring, safety, quality, contracts, procurement, innovation, planning and project execution.
Qualification & Requirement:
- Civil Engineering with relevant experience of atleast 13 + years
- Ability to multi-task across projects ( 2 - 4 projects at the same time)
- Should come with strong project management skills .
- Should have exposure of building systems and controls
- Ability to build project teams, connects with the labour contractors would be helpful
- Construction experience in building schools/ hospitals/institutions would be preferred
