Chief Operations Officer
- The ideal candidate shall be a generalist having his main focus on operations and if possible, Sales.
- The person should also be familiar with the procedures of the relevant interface departments or rather the other business divisions.
Qualifications/Skill sets :
- Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in operations and sales management.
- Industry experience, preferably in a mid-sized foreign company (manufacturing, precast, metal, heavy engineering, fabrication, construction industry)
Major Responsibilities:
- To manage the operations of Indian Group.
- Analyze and optimize existing operations and assure optimal operational management on a day to day basis.
- Set up structures so that strategic goals are involved
- Monitor every step of the process chain starting from order intake to production planning and up to delivery to the customer.
- Checking Sales Calculations and provide effective leadership, leverage synergies & maximize the value addition to the India business.
- Active Development of the organization to fulfil future targets and business growth Development, monitoring and continuous improvement of internal reporting systems
