Chinai Piramal Group - Production Manager (5-10 yrs)
Position : Production manager (Experience in Mask, Surgical Products, textile background)
Experience : 5-10 years
Education : B E textile Preferred
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Leading and managing manufacturing of work Textile Products, from raw materials to cutting, preparation, sewing, packing and finally dispatching on time as per required delivery times.
- Load balancing of the entire manufacturing operation, specifically sewing cell load and work balancing by utilizing tools such as operations lists,
- Management of operational targets and KPIs, such as effectiveness, lead time, quality, cost, flexibility and mutual trust and respect.
- Coaching and training of team leaders and sewing operators in terms of optimal working methods, work practices and tools and equipment to gain improved effectiveness and reduced non-value add time (NVA).
- Manpower resource improvement via work method development, VA/NVA analysis to gain optimal utilization of workforce, including training, coaching and continuous development.
