What are the top mandatory skills (Technical /Non Technical) required for this role?
"Non-technical : Be able to take leadership position to ensure Nw deployments in a geographical area within a circle, lead and take along a team E/// employees and partners, interact with customer on daily basis and exceed their expectations, manage multiple and senior stakeholders within and outside E///, able to work effectively in a matrix environment keeping himself (herself) motivated.
Technical : Understand the deployment business and operations with E2E perspective, understands technologies (RAN, MW, Tx, IP, CORE) at high level and the associated processes"
What will be the performance objectives ?
Independently exceed the expectations of customer in meeting deployment targets (~1100 sites per month) provided for E///, UM for E///, conversion of OB to NS
Growth path of this role?
Upward movement to the role of a Circle Program Manager, to an E2E Program Manager
Who are the customers / stakeholders of this role?
Operator (E/// customer), partners (like ASPs, ARPs), internal stakeholders (PO mgmt, COM, CU)
Preferred Educational Qualification : Atleast BE/ B. Tech.
