Job Description :
Position Summary : Responsible for the execution of production plan and Engineering validation in a given shift.
Specific Responsibilities :
- Responsible for set Vs actual production as per target.
- Responsible for validating all new products to meet the quoted parameters utilizing Scientific Injection Molding process and proper documentation - out come is.
- Responsible for maintaining processing discipline in the production floor ( 5S, Tool start up checklist, Mold damage report, Mold process set up sheet to match the product running etc)
- Execute and document training of all Process and set up techs.
- Participate in Design review, particiapte in project transfer
- Continuous quality improvement, SMED, Kaizen, cost saving project.
Qualifications :
- Degree/Diploma/ with Strong experience in engineering plastics processing.
- Experience with SIM process. RJG desired.
- Knowledge on IATF 16949 quality system.
- Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
- Understanding & speaking spanish will be preferred.
- Knowledge to the problem solving tools & technique as 8d, 5 Whys, fishbone cause effect analysis

- Interpersonal Skills : Must be able to speak with the team, Good Motivator, target oriented.
- Leadership Skills : Must be able to motivate the team to keep shift operations running smoothly.
