Cistron Systems - Service Manager (3-5 yrs)
Qualification: B.E (or) BTech Mechanical engineering, EEE, ECE.
Experience: 3+ years in the field of biomedical or medical equipment's as service manager or service head.
Skills:
- Must be proficient in communicating in local or regional languages (English, Tamil, Telugu and Hindi)
- Must be strong in English communication.
Job overview: We are looking for service managers or service head to join our team. Candidates with electrical, mechanical, Biomedical and service background in the field of medical or related are encouraged.
Roles and responsibilities:
- To ensure the calls are assigned to the respective sales and service engineers for service of products and ensure no escalation is raised.
- Work closely with coordinators and get the customer calls closed as per TAT at the same time ensuring quality service to the customers.
- Understand the customer concerns and put it up to the management for their specific and timely attention.
- Issue invoices to AMC and paid customers for the materials to be supplied and liaise in getting approval from the customers for the same.
- Ensure the engineers are equipped with adequate tools and materials and aware of their usage before attending customers.
- Collaborate with the service coordinator and stores in-charge in getting checked to the availability of materials and the same is dispatched from stores to customers.
- Assist the sales and service engineers in getting the sales and/or services done to the customers during customer visits.
- Conduct periodical maintenance visits to CMC and warranty customers and ensure the products are in good condition.
- Bridge the gap between the company and the customer and get the customer needs met also serve as an intermediary between the coordinators and engineers.
- To submit monthly reports to the management on the achieved targets, business done, and services done.
- To do self-evaluation of all engineers every quarter.
- Must be willing to travel 100%.
