We are seeking a seasoned and highly skilled Civil Design Engineer with a specialization in structural design to join our consulting firm for a landmark project with the Railway Authority. Based in Bikaner, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to transformative railway infrastructure development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design & Analysis:

- Create and review comprehensive structural designs for railway infrastructure projects.

- Conduct structural analysis to ensure alignment with industry standards and guidelines.

2. Planning & Coordination:

- Collaborate with geotechnical engineers, surveyors, and multidisciplinary teams.

- Partner with clients and stakeholders to meet project goals and milestones.

3. Quality Assurance:

- Validate and verify structural designs to ensure safety, efficiency, and reliability.

- Uphold stringent quality and safety standards throughout all project phases.

4. Documentation:

- Prepare and maintain technical drawings, detailed design reports, and project records.

- Ensure accurate and accessible documentation for audits, reviews, and reference.

5. Site Support:

- Provide technical expertise during project execution phases.

- Address and resolve on-site design-related challenges.

Qualifications:

Education: B.Tech + M.Tech in Civil Engineering, with a specialization in Structural Design.

Experience:

- Over 10 years of experience in civil engineering with a strong focus on structural design.

- Demonstrated success in railway or large-scale infrastructure projects.

Skills & Expertise:

Technical Skills:

- Expertise in structural design engineering.

- Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, ETABS, or equivalent software.

- In-depth knowledge of railway design standards, structural codes, and analysis methods.

Soft Skills:

- Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Hands-on experience with government or Railway Authority projects.

- Familiarity with the geographical and environmental conditions of Bikaner.
