Details of Work:

1. Reviewing the SBC reports.

2. Experience in design calculations for the Civil buildings, Transformer foundations, Switchyard equipment foundations, Rail cum roads, internal roads, trenches, drainage system, compound walls.

3. Experience in engineering drawings preparations and review of the Civil buildings, Transformer foundations, Switchyard equipment foundations, Rail cum roads, internal roads, trenches, drainage system, compound walls.

4. Interaction as well as visit to Internal Consultant for dwg discussions and approvals.

6. Interaction with site team for implementation of construction works and clarification in case of any issues/doubts about the dwgs.

7. Visit to sites whenever necessary.

8. Coordination with electrical engineering team to ensure that the electrical and Civil works are integrated to avoid issues during construction.

9. Must be familiar with switchyard and power sectors projects and understand the need and deliver the drawings at site base on site conditions.

10. Must be confident using software such as AutoCAD, STAAD, Excel, require for design heavy industrial equipment- s, industrial buildings, roadways and other infrastructure system for proposed switchyard in power projects.

11. Must have a highly analytical mind that notice small details and solve problem quickly.

12. Create detailed 2D and 3D Design to be used in the building and switchyard projects.

13. Ensure that all plans, design, drawing etc. created are in compliance with relevant IS codes.

14. Interpret and review the design of other team members to ensure that all problems and / or issues have been resolved before construction begins.

15. Detailed oriented, and able to carefully analyze map, survey and drawing to plan functioning infrastructure system.

16. Work within tight timeframes and strict deadlines, good time-management skill are essentials for this JOB.

17. Optimization of Civil design and engineering for saving costs after reviewing the drawings submitted by consultant.

18. Pre-bid stage site visits to access and evaluate the site and give feedback to marketing team.

19. Qty and Cost estimation for pre-bid stage Projects wherever necessary.

20. Negotiation with Civil contractor for price.

21. Preparation of civil MDL and assisting the Project Manager for preparing the Schedule
