Civil Design Engineer - Construction/Engineering (0-3 yrs)
JD :
The Head of Design is responsible for developing and managing all aspects of our design and creative output. It's a leadership role, with accountability for online and offline design output and commercial success of the design and creative department.
- You will ensure design and creative deliverables are aligned to client expectations and executed within budget and timescales.
- Managing the design team helping develop our people
- Take a lead role in managing the design and creative elements of projects and be point of contact for clients brand and creative projects
- Provide quality control over design outputs and production
- Establishing and developing best practice with the design and creative team
- Working with other team members to deliver projects and activity to deliver against deadlines
- Communicating with our audience, positioning of Clients First's design and creative capability
- Commercial accountability through accurate scoping and quoting of work
- Design plans using computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) software
- Work from rough sketches and specifications created by engineers and architects
- Help design products with engineering and manufacturing techniques
- Add details to architectural plans from their knowledge of building techniques
- Prepare multiple versions of designs for review by engineers and architects
- Specify dimensions, materials, and procedures for new products
- Work under the supervision of engineers or architects
QUALIFICATION : BE/DIP CIVIL
EXPERIENCE : 0-3 YEARS
SALARY : 10000-15000
