Position: Civil Engineer

Reporting to: Lead PMC

Function: PMC

Educational Qualification: - Diploma in Civil or B.E. Civil

Work experience (in years) :-10+ Years

Roles and Responsibilities: -

- Plan, execute, and monitor civil works including RCC, substructure, superstructure, finishing, and external development.

- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and construction schedules.

- Supervise contractors and site teams to maintain productivity and workmanship quality.

- Oversee RCC works such as footings, rafts, columns, beams, slabs, shear walls, and staircases.

- Ensure compliance with structural drawings, BBS, concreting methods, and curing practices.

- Coordinate with structural consultants for technical clarifications and modifications.

- Monitor finishing works including blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, painting, and fa- ade interfaces.

- Coordinate with MEP and fa- ade teams to ensure smooth integration and sequencing.

- Ensure adherence to QA/QC standards, safety norms, and statutory requirements.

- Attend inspections by consultants, authorities, and third-party agencies.

- Track construction progress, manpower deployment, and milestones.

- Monitor material consumption, assist in measurements, billing, documentation, and handover activities.

Key Skills/Experience the Candidate Should Have -

Technical (T) and Non-Technical (NT):-

- Checking of Reinforcement details

- Checking of Bar Bending details

- Supervision of RCC works, Block work, Plastering.

- Certification of Measurements for the above works

- Experience in high-rise residential / mixed-use projects preferred

- Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural, and MEP drawings

- Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to project management tools is an advantage
