- Supervise execution of construction activities, finishing items & road work at site
- Communicate on site status, approvals, challenges and suggestions at the head office
- Maintain accounts of bills, payments & payrolls and submit in the head office
- Address & mend maintenance issues of the project
- Overview the smooth functioning of the project, amenities, on going activities and that of the project as a whole.
- Manage material procurement & Staff payroll if need arises
