Civil Engineer - Aluminium Manufacturer (8-10 yrs)
- The Company is one of India's largest aluminium manufacturer with an experience spanning a rich 3 decades.
Position : Civil Engineer
Experience : 5-6 years ( B.Tech in Civil Engineering), 8-10 years (Diploma in Civil Engineering)
Professional Experience :
1. Should be well conversed with reading & understanding of civil construction drawing.
2. Should be able to make sketch/Drawing for understanding of contractors.
3. Should be conversant with all type of civil construction work.
4. Defining the scope or work for renovation of building including. civil, Roofing, falls ceiling electrical, plumbing & drainage work.
5. Invite quotation from the supplier based on scope of work and discuss. in depth each activity to finalize.
6. Preparing comparison of the suppliers quote and compare with our estimates.
7. Discussion with L-1 supplier.
8. Should possess the good knowledge of market for availability of latest eco friendly. construction material as well as other material used in renovation of building.
- Making best use of latest technology available in the market .
9. Knowledge of mortar for chunai as well as plastering work,
10. various type of pre fab roofing sheet & its mounting, Trusses and its load bearing.
11. Knowledge of laying out of water as well as sewer drainage pipes.
12. Knowledge of Electrical wiring lay out for machine shop.
13. Knowledge of building up falls roofing along with electricals & various type of sound proof fall roof material.
14. Knowledge of various type of steel used in construction work.
15. Handling safety issues.
