Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Civil Engineer - Interior Finishes with hands-on experience in the execution of high-end interior works for luxury hotel projects. The role involves overseeing all finishing activities, ensuring world-class quality standards, close coordination with architects and consultants, and timely project delivery.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Interior Execution & Quality Assurance:

- Execute and manage all aspects of luxury interior finishing works: false ceilings, stone and tile flooring, decorative wall finishes, wood paneling, joinery, veneers, carpets, custom furniture, and artwork installations.

- Ensure interior finishes align with 5-star hotel design standards, approved shop drawings, and material specifications.

- Supervise skilled tradesmen and subcontractors to maintain superior workmanship.

2. Project Coordination:

- Collaborate with interior designers, architects, MEP teams, and hotel brand consultants for flawless integration.

- Resolve execution challenges on-site, including sequencing of finishes and interfacing with services like lighting, HVAC, and plumbing.

- Attend client, consultant, and coordination meetings regularly.

3. Planning & Execution Monitoring:

- Prepare detailed work schedules and micro-planning for room-wise and zone-wise handovers.

- Monitor material procurement and site readiness for specialized finishes.

- Track progress and ensure timely delivery within the project milestones.

4. Documentation & Reporting:

- Maintain accurate site records, daily progress reports, inspection reports, snag lists, and handover documentation.

- Coordinate with the billing and QS team for quantity verification and certification of work done.

5. Health, Safety & Compliance:

- Enforce safety and hygiene standards on site as per hotel operational guidelines.

- Ensure work execution complies with local construction regulations and brand specifications.

Skills Required:

- Proven experience in executing interior finishes for luxury hotels or high-end hospitality projects.

- Deep understanding of premium materials, international brands, and finish tolerances.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project scheduling tools (MS Project/Primavera).

- Excellent attention to detail, site coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong leadership and communication abilities with a client-facing approach.
