Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our real estate development team. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of our real estate projects, ensuring their successful execution from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of civil engineering principles, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record in delivering high-quality results. Responsibilities :
- Provide expertise in civil engineering to support the planning, design, and execution of real estate development projects.
- Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies, including site assessments, environmental impact analysis, and technical investigations.
- Prepare and review detailed project plans, specifications, and engineering designs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Review and approve contractor invoices, change orders, and project documentation.
- Maintain accurate project records, including drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence.
Requirements :
- Minimum years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on real estate projects.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and construction methodologies.
- Proficient in using computer-aided design (CAD) so ware and other relevant engineering so ware tools.
- Proven track record in successfully managing multiple real estate projects, from conceptualization to completion.
