Designation: Civil Engineer (Billing)
Industry: Construction
Experience: 7 Years
Qualification: B. Tech in Civil/ Diploma (Civil)
CTC: As per the Company std. / negotiable
Work Location: Raipur
Notice Period: Immediate/ 15-20 Days (max)
Job Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for analyzing the requirements and preparing the estimation
- Preparation of BOQ, RA Bills/ Cross checking and site QA.
- Preparation of DPR, MPR, Cash flow/ drawing/ bar charts
- Preparation of budget on monthly/ quarterly/ annual basis
- Cost tracking and material management
- QA/ QC, material testing, mixture
Skills Required:
- Candidate must be from Civil engineering background
- Hands on experience of Govt. projects like Commercial Building project/ Apartment/ Laboratory/ Ash dyke
- Must be rich on good command and team handling/ management
- Willing to relocate to Bangalore
- Preference will be given to relevant experience of govt. projects
- Candidate might be join immediate or 15-20 days will be advantage
