Position: Civil Site Engineer- PMC (Project Management Consultant)
Location: Indore
Experience: 3+ Yrs. (Immediate Joiners Preferred)
Job Summary
Advantal Technologies is seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer to oversee on-site project execution and ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality completion of civil construction activities. The role demands close coordination with contractors, architects, structural consultants, vendors, and the PMC team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor day-to-day civil work execution as per approved drawings and standards
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to timelines
- Coordinate with stakeholders for material planning, work scheduling, and issue resolution
- Maintain daily progress reports and assist in billing/measurements
Required Skills :
- Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing, waterproofing, and foundations
- Understanding of BOQ, measurements, and billing procedures
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD & MS Office
- Ability to independently read and interpret construction drawings
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
Qualification & Experience :
- Diploma / BE in Civil Engineering
- 3- 8 years of experience in building construction
- Experience with PMC / contracting / consulting firms preferred
