Civil SITE Engineer (Residential)
Job Description :
- Should have experience in handling concreting, brick and plaster work.
- Conduct daily inspections for compliance and site safety. Daily site execution reporting to concerned. Manage and supervise onsite manpower.
- Ensure Civil, and Other Necessary Jobs are completed at Site within defined criteria and time period. Cross Functional Coordination with purchase, finance, HR and other related dept.
- Maintain proper records at site including expenses, material, drawings, supplier bills and material test reports etc.
- Handling contractors and subcontractors throughout all stages of site preparation and build-out ensuring quality is met.
- Must be able to effectively communicate, make decisions, give direction or guidance, set goals and provide feedback.
Qualification And Experience :
i. BE Civil or equivalent qualification with Proven Experience of 5-15 years in Residential Projects
ii. Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar
iii. Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc.
iv. Project management and supervision skills
v. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
vi. License of professional engineer
