Urgent Opening for Civil Site Execution and Billing Engineer.

Job Description:

Position: Site Execution and Billing Engineer

Experience: 0-7 Year

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech (Civil)

Job Location: Delhi/NCR

Industry: Construction

Job Responsibility:

- Rising of Invoice to client and preparation of statement for client outstanding amount.

- Prepare Detailed Project Report of project including, condition, quantities used in Site Work Conducting estimation and rate analysis, managing client and sub-contractor billing and

- Procurement of materials required at site.

- Controlling of drawings and other project documents as per ISO 9001:2008. Preparing Management Information Reports such as Daily Progress Reports, Monthly

- Progress Reports, Executive Progress Reports, Work Breakdown Structure and Job Cost Reports.

- Reconciliation of Civil materials issued by the client.

- Tracing out & certifying all possible extra items related to job from client within scheduled time.

- Monitoring the execution work as per planned schedule and technical specification, observing shortfall reasons and taking measures in consultation with site engineer to expedite the work.
