- Completes Construction Projects By Planning, Organizing, And Controlling Projects; Completing Quality Inspections; Supervising Sub- Contractors And Staff.

- Checking All Layouts And Finishing Work According To Drawing And As Par Specification.

- Proper Surveying Of Levels For Construction Site & Using Types Of Levelling According With The Need.

- Monitored Compliance With All Safety Guidelines And Policies.

- Made Daily Decisions About Construction Activities.

- Established And Implemented Work Schedules And Adjusted Them To Meet Project Deadlines.

- Inventoried Materials And Ordered Materials As Needed.

- Ensured All Site Personnel Used Quality Workmanship In Accordance With Plans And Client Needs.

- Drive Productivity Performance Of Work Team Members.

- Deal Effectively With Planning Departures Site Problems.

- Perform Effective Performance Management Through Transparent Two Way Communication To Drive Performance.

- Monitor Major Design/ Cost Work Package Variances To Senior Team Manager.

- Carry Out Regular In- Progress And Retrospective Checks With Teams To Make Sure Their Work Is Being Carried Out In Accordance With Quality And Health Safety Standards.

- Complete As- Built Drawings For Direct Labor - Where Applicable.

- Check As- Built Information For Sub- Contractors - Where Applicable.

- Ensure Teams Complete Daily Site Diary.

- Ensure Close Working Relationship With Work Stream Coordinator To Make Sure Billing Is Up To Date.

- Build Maintain Close Working Relationships To Manage Customer- Affecting Issues To Resolution.

- Ensure Close Working Relationship With Senior Team Manager To Make Sure Job Status Is Fully To Date And Any Issues Regarding Employee S Productivity Are Resolved Quickly
