Role: Cluster Manager - Flipkart Minutes

Location: Chennai (On-Site)

Role Description:

As a Cluster Manager for Flipkart Minutes, Quick Commerce vertical, you will be responsible for end-to-end operations across multiple dark stores within your assigned cluster. The role requires strong leadership to drive operational excellence, ensure inventory accuracy, streamline last-mile deliveries, and maintain high customer satisfaction. You will manage Store Managers and ensure adherence to defined processes, service-level agreements (SLAs), and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple dark stores within the cluster.

- Lead and mentor Store Managers to achieve operational targets.

- Ensure inventory accuracy, timely GRN (Goods Receipt Note) completion, and execution of periodic stock audits.

- Monitor and optimize order fulfillment, route planning, and delivery efficiency.

- Drive cost-effective operations while maintaining high service levels and customer satisfaction.

- Analyze operational data to identify gaps and implement process improvements.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and quality standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth inventory replenishment and issue resolution.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience in operations management, supply chain, or logistics (Quick Commerce/ E-commerce preferred).

- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to drive performance.

- Sound knowledge of inventory management, warehousing, and last-mile operations.

- Proficient in data-driven decision-making, reporting, and problem-solving.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

- Proficiency in local language (Tamil) preferred for effective stakeholder management.
