Cluster Manager - Warehouse Operations - FMCG (4-5 yrs)
Qualifications: B.Tech - IIT, NIT
Experience: 3 years to 5 years

- Responsible for the overall performance of all branches and the Processing centers.
- Vendor Onboarding and Management
- Transportation Solution Design
- Process Benchmarking for newly acquired customers
- Work and deliver in accordance with the SLA
- Handle multiple warehouse operations like inward, put away, picking, sorting, cycle count etc
- Roll out process to monitor the customer wise profitability
- Measure and benchmark the cost and revenue
- Take corrective actions to improve the margins
