CMMS Engineer - Power Generation & Utility Domain (11-25 yrs)
This is for an Onsite Short term Opening :
Experience : 10 to 15 years
- Experience in CMMS build, preferably Maintenance and material experience in Power generation and utility sector.
Current Job requirements :
This of specialists shall facilitate the following :
- Identify gaps in the current Asset list
- Identify gaps in the current Asset Hierarchy
- Intervene to verify the random existence of assets per Drawings
- Identify gaps in the current maintenance plans (PM Plan, Frequency, Tasks, Activities, BOMs, Catalog Profile, Failure modes / RCM / RBI, etc)
- Identify gaps in the linked Bill of Materials (Materials and Maintenance BOMs)
- Facilitate the upload of Asset-Data as per finalized hierarchy
- Facilitate the upload of Materials-Data as per finalized data schema.
- Facilitate the linkage of respective document per applicable equipment/skid/unit/section/area/facility.
- Mitigate gaps with support from on-site team i.e. EPC, Vendors, Engineering and/or Maintenance (as available).
