CNC Maintenance Incharge (2-4 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance programs for all plant machinery and equipment.
- Oversee and resolve breakdown maintenance issues to minimize downtime and production losses.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdown logs, and spare parts usage.
- Prepare and present periodic maintenance reports to management.
- Coordinate and lead maintenance-related activities during ISO audits and other regulatory inspections.
- Ensure proper upkeep of both electrical and mechanical systems, including machines, utilities, and plant infrastructure.
- Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
- Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and consumables for maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and plant policies.
- Supervise and guide maintenance technicians, contractors, and external service providers.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime, extend equipment
life, and optimize maintenance costs.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in plant maintenance (mechanical & electrical).
- Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance practices.
- Experience in preparing documentation and attending ISO audits.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical panels, drives, motors, hydraulic & pneumatic systems.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and report-writing skills.
