CNC/VMC Operator (2-6 yrs)
-Set up and operate CNC and VMC machines to produce precision parts.
- Write and optimize CNC programs to create complex parts and components.
- Select appropriate tools, machines, and materials for each job.
- Read and interpret engineering blueprints, schematics, and tooling instructions.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to ensure machine efficiency.
- Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or production errors.
- Perform in-process inspections and make adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality.
