JD for Civil Tendering Engineer
- We are looking for a highly capable civil Tendering engineer to Analyse tender specifications drawings, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates. Prepare materials and subcontract enquiries. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that comprehensive and consistent quotations are received. Evaluate materials and subcontracts quotations.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and coordinating tenders.
- Developing project execution plans and schedules.
- Analyzing project cost estimates, expenditures, and forecasts.
- Supporting the development of proposals and tenders for projects.
- Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure consistent quotations.
- Preparing rate analyses and price estimates.
- Preparing tender and contract documents.
Skill:
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Problem-Solving and leadership Skills
- Contract negotiation
- Conflict resolution experience
Qualifications:
- BE in Civil engineering with min.5 years or Diploma in Civil Engineering with more than 7 years- of building Construction projects, preferable Industrial Projects.
- Construction Management, MS Office programs, Primavera P6, MS Project, and
- AutoCAD. A tender management professional certification course will be added Advantange.
