Role Overview

We are seeking a Project & Design Coordinator with strong experience in managing large-scale warehousing, industrial, and logistics facility projects. The ideal candidate should have led/been part of projects for Amazon, Flipkart, or similar e-commerce clients, with a strong focus on design management, project execution, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end project activities from design development to execution for industrial/warehousing facilities.

- Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and client teams to ensure timely project delivery.

- Review and validate design drawings, BOQs, specifications, and construction documentation.

- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and client-specific guidelines.

- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources; highlight risks and propose mitigation measures.

- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality adherence and timely progress.

- Prepare project reports, MIS, and client updates.

- Act as a single point of contact between clients (Amazon/Flipkart or similar) and internal design/project teams.

Key Skills & Requirements

Education: BE (Civil/Architecture/Construction) + NICMAR mandatory.

Experience: 7- 8 years in project management and design coordination.

- Proven track record of working on e-commerce warehousing, industrial, or large logistics parks.

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, industrial codes, and compliance standards.

- Excellent skills in project planning, scheduling, and vendor management.

- Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, and related design/project tools.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
