Color Specialist - OEM (5-10 yrs)

Job purpose: To help OEM business growth and maintain by new color introduction to customer and lead the market, manage new color communication and development in the region.

Key challenges (in first 6 - 12m): Set up regional color marketing strategy and plan, meet customer needs for color styling and development of 2015, set up color market process and team.

Core Responsibilities:

- Develop OEM color marketing strategy and plan to ensure it align with customer need and business strategy, as well as global color marketing plan for China.

- Responsible for meeting the color marketing and development targets of the organization through effective customer communication and project management.

- Monitor the market trend on color and customer demand on color local development/approval.

- Maintain and improve the relationships with customer's color expert, with key focus on Axalta color leadership promotion.

- Drive the cross function team members to deliver the color development on their level best to achieve customer expectation.

- Accomplish other tasks assigned by superior.

KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS: (Requirements to do the job, and qualifications)

Experience: At least 5 years- experience in Paint color development and communication, prefer experience in Automotive relative coatings

Knowledge & Skills (functional competences and capabilities):

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;

- Familiar with paint, pigment and color knowledge;

- Good oral English, good at data statistics and analysis;

Leadership competencies (refer to appendix), and project management skill

Other Requirements: (% of Travel involved specific certification, mobility, etc.)

- Bachelor in Chemical or color design subjects;

- 30% of travel
