Position Title: - Executive, Commercial

Location : Verna, Goa

Work Experience - Minimum 3-8 years of experience in Commercial & Export Function

Industry Preference : Any Manufacturing

Education Required : Bachelor's degree

Job Responsibilities :

1. Sales co-ordination Internal/ External both.

2. Dispatch Control Internal/ External both. Ensure Dispatch in time and deliveries in Time.

3. Export & Local Sales -Documentation and execution.

4. Preparation of all Export Documentations, forms relating to pre-shipment and post-shipment activities of company.

5. Prepare and submit application of all Export benefits schemes for organization to the related authorities.

6. Knowledge of GST, Customs Clearance and maintaining related records.

7. Ensuring seamless operations by synchronization with CHA, Shipping Lines, Freight Forwarders, Insurance companies, Vendors, Customers and other related bodies.

8. Dealing with Customs official/Clearing Agents (Excise, Custom Clearance etc.)

9. Management of Finished Goods & Raw Material Stocks.

10. Contacting and Follow-ups for Freight Negotiation, Banking follow-ups & all-round office work follow-ups.

11. Prepare export documentations pertaining to party, BLs, Marine Insurance, Certificates of Origin, Invoices and all allied export documentations and finalizations.

12. Monthly/ Annually submission of MIS Report to the Management.

Candidate Profile:

1. Excellent Communication both written and verbal.

2. Good Convincing, Follow-up and Interpersonal skills.

3. Good at Multitasking and Result Oriented.

4. Exposure to ERP is must.

5. Experience working in EOU Unit will be advantage.

6. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.

7. Should have Good MS Excel Skills.

8. Good in internet searches
