Component Design Engineer (2-5 yrs)

Qualifications : B.E./ B. Tech/ M.E./ M. Tech in ECE/ EEE
Essential Skill Sets :
- Prior experience in Component management
- Good Communication skills
- Good in academics
- Change management Execution experience - ECO/ECR
- Experience in PCBA schematic creation/update
Suitable Experience : 2-5 Years
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Good understanding on Electrical/Electronic components, applications & types.
- Ability to understand component functionalities.
- Identify alternate components for EOL/availability issues
- BOM cleansing and standardization for correctness and completeness in orderable component data
- RoHS, REACH and material content analysis for components
- Component Obsolescence Management
- Technical & business communication with customers, component manufacturers and board suppliers globally
- Managing approved parts list (APL) & approved vendor list (AVL)
- Good Communication, Technically sound.
Nature of Assignment :
- BOM scrubbing.
- Reach/RoHS certificate collection,
- ECO/MCO execution, Alternate evaluation, Document creation etc.
