Composite Design Engineer - Wind Turbine (4-9 yrs)
Composite Design Engineer
- Design Development, Composites, Catia
- Wind turbine, Aerospace
- Diploma, Post-Diploma from NTTF,CIPET,GTTC or CITD . B.E. or B. Tech (Mechanical / Polymer)
1. Experience in Composite product design (3D modeling/2D drawings) industry for 4 - 6 years for Wind turbine / Industrial products
2. Experience in Product Development - Composite Materials, Processing and Manufacturing
3 Experience in Ply Layup Modeling (PLM) technic in composite blade modeling & Composite Part Design
4. Experience in Catia & Creo - Solid & Surface Modelling, Assembly, Detailing, Top Down Design approach, Skeleton Models and Windchill
5. Experience in working with Cross Functional teams (a) Design validation team - FEA, CFD, etc. (b) Manufacturing
6. Able to perform Tolerance Stack up, DFMA, DFMEA & RCA
7. Awareness of Standards
