- Design related qualifications with minimum 5-15 years professional experience in any CARPETS OR RUGS company preferably.
- Be a self-starter
- Good communication & presentation skills
- A good team player empathetic with team members requirements.
- Proficient in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw & NedGraphics
- Ability to communicate to a variety of personalities at all levels
- High energy levels, focus & determination
- Ability to frequently communicate with people of diverse backgrounds.
JOB DESCRIPTION is as follows (INDICATIVE ONLY) :
- Design the product as per the need & and do the Market Trend Analysis from time to time.
- Color Forecast
- Working on Seasonal based concepts
- Understanding of market needs
- Coordination with PD Team for a better product understanding & design the range accordingly.
- Software skill : Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw & Ned Graphics
