Construction Manager (4-7 yrs)

The opening is for a multinational sports retail chain company for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana region.

An ideal candidate will be :

In the technical Department, I am in charge of the construction of the new store and the maintenance of the store within my allocated region.

LEVEL OF JOB RESPONSIBILITY :

1. I am responsible for Safety security construction charter and Ethic charter

2. I am responsible for the construction (existing and new) and also the maintenance.

3. I manage my construction environment (Construction and maintenance company)

4. I bring my expertise to the Region Construction book and Region maintenance

5. I Manage & follow the Tender process defined by the company

6. I Manage the Financial Follow up and Schedule update every week and closing at the end of the project.

KPI

1. 0% accident and no incident in project construction

2. 2 construction stores realised in a year

3. Respect the Budget and duration of construction agreed.

4. 1 maintenance plan and 1 contract by maintenance, for All scope of works, for all store

5. 1 as built document validated by store

6. 1 organisation in year one for the warranty installer / new store

1. I am responsible for Safety security construction charter and Ethic charter.

I guarantee 0% of accident and accident in my region.

I respect the rules of this charter and i animate the construction companies.

I Know the risk analysis for a new construction area (Exchange with the expansion manager.)

2. I am responsible of my region for the construction (existing and new) and for the maintenance.

I work with my Zone Construction Manager OR Construction leader for the construction development of my region.

I determinate an organisation and annual planning for the region animation.

I organise and follow the construction actions on the existing store (Store expenses annual plan)

I work with the head maintenance manager for the maintenance development of my region.

I determinate an organisation and annual planning for the region animation.

I organise and follow the maintenance actions on the existing store and for the new store

3. I manage my construction environment.

I respect the law, rules and the mandatory point for my region.

I follow the construction schedule and respect the construction timing

I animate the construction companies and the construction meeting

I guarantee the construction closing & as built document.

4. I bring my expertise to the Region Construction book and Region maintenance.

I realise a synthesis after opening (Positive and negative point).

I improve the Construction Technical book with my Zone Construction Manager OR Construction leader.

I simplify to the maximum the maintenance of my store with the simple installation.

I validate the construction company ( Installer and maintainer) Mandatory for 2018.

I share a new good installation for my region in the national meeting with construction team.

5. I Manage & follow the Tender process defined by the company.

I Follow the Tender process rules and comparison presentation.

I Get the approval of the Tender from the local regional manager and Head construction manager.

I Make the tender through mail in soft copy and hard copy.

I Guarantee the contractor quality of construction by checking their construction site before selection.

6) I Manage the Financial Follow up and Schedule update every week and closing at the end of the project.

I update the financial follow up file every week and send it to RM, HCM,

I Get the approval for any additional cost ( technically from ZCM & RM)

I ensure the payment of the vendors on time and update the Accounts team with proper Financial update files.

I close the Budget file within one month of construction handover and settle all the bills of the contractors.

Skills :

1. Construction Project management

2. Good communication skills

Qualification - Minimum BE or B.Tech Civil engineering

Minimum Experience of 4-7 years. Salary is negotiable and as per the industry standards.
