Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Construction Manager to oversee residential and commercial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing project planning, execution, budgeting, and ensuring timely completion while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from start to finish
- Manage site engineers, contractors, and labor teams
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and schedule
- Monitor construction quality and safety standards
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and clients
- Handle material procurement and vendor management
- Prepare progress reports and project documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction/project management
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety regulations
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams
Preferred:
- Experience in residential or villa projects
- Good communication and negotiation skills
