Construction Manager - Civil Engineering (10-25 yrs)
Education: BE / B Tech - Civil Engineer
Age - Note more than 45 Years
Must be Experience in Industrial Project and Execution
Job Profile :
- Coordinate and supervise a wide variety of projects, including the building of all types of residential, commercial, and industrial structures, roads, bridges, power plants, schools, and hospitals.
- They oversee specialized contractors and other personnel
- Responsibility to deliver projects on time and in budget, by planning and organizing resources and people. You'll need to track work to be completed, set deadlines and delegate tasks to the project team, identifying any potential risks.
- Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects
- Perform engineering duties in planning, designing, and overseeing construction and structures and facilities, project infrastructures and process plant
- Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or standards
- Managing construction safety on site
