Construction Manager - Civil Engineering (7-12 yrs)
Job Description :
- The candidate should be B.Tech Civil from recognized university .
- Should have relevant experience in construction industry and good knowledge of structural engineering
- Candidate having both structural and interior knowledge would be preferred.
- Liaising with consultants, contractors, team members & other officials for ensuring effectiveness of site activities
- Maintained excellent relations with statutory authorities for availing mandatory sanctions, coordinating with consultant engineer, departments & supervisors for daily work progress
- Updating top management with monthly MIS & Cash Flow formulation to review overall site progress
