Construction Manager - Civil Structures - Marine Projects (10-15 yrs)
Looking for a Construction Manager for Civil Construction Projects to based at anyone of the locations (Mumbai, Jharkhand, West Bengal Orissa OR Tamil Nadu).
Below mentioned are the pre-requisites of the profile:
1. JOB PURPOSE:
The candidate shall be responsible for Execution of Project as per schedule with good quality / Safety standards and within the accepted cost estimate.
2. ORGANIZATION CHART:
He will be based at the project site assisted by planning engineer, execution engineers and supporting departments like accounts, stores, Time office, safety, Quality etc.,
3. Role & Responsibilities:
- Execution of project as per standard, specification with quality and safety.
- Execution of job as per ACE.
- Meet the sales, GM, ROCE etc as per Budget for the financial
- Follow up Clients from time to time for all the input requirement.
- Ensure that all contractual letters are written for safe gauding the interest of the company.
- Ensure that all claims are lodged on time with clients.
- Ensure timely submission of client invoice and collection of outstanding amounts on time.
- Guide staff and develop sucession planning.
4. WORKING RELATIONSHIPS & INTERACTIONS
INTERNAL: The candidate shall have good interpersonal relationship with staff at site.
He should have good contacts with HQ departments like Operation, materials, P&M, safety, Quality etc.,
EXTERNAL : The candidate shall have good relationship with client, consultants and other agencies involved in project execution.
5. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / in Civil Engineering
Experience: 10 to 15 years- experience in project execution of similar nature of a construction industry, out of which he shall be project in charge for at least for a period of 5 years(for PM)
