Job Description :
1. Checking of bills of materials and works
2. Conclusion, operation and efficient execution of contracts,
3. Adept in planning/scheduling, executing and spearheading as well as providing consultancy to construction projects involving method engineering/method statement, development, contract administration, resources planning and handling safety and security of project resources.
4. Ability in procurement and administration of materials and technical manpower,
5. Preparation and monitoring of drawings schedule for smooth execution of works,
6. Well versed in quality assurance/control and subsequent approval of materials & works,
7. Minimize wastage of materials during work execution,
8. Deft at checking of works, drawings, monitoring and resolving day-to-day on the job problems. Thorough in project management, planning, organizing and technical aspects of including implementation, troubleshooting and analysis for improvements. An out of the box thinker, keen communicator with honed problem solving and analytical abilities.
9. Adept in handling safety and security of project resources & works,
10. Prowess in communication and smooth conduct of periodic meetings with architects, contractors and clients, etc.
11. Site documentation on stores, accounting, work planning/progress and deployment of resources, etc.
12. Management and execution of civil works duly adhering to norms & work culture
