Role : Consultant
Job Description :
- Consultants required to execute manufacturing/ supply chain projects focused on improving performance in terms of manufacturing throughput, cycle time, process variation reduction, delivery compliance, lead time reduction, inventory strategy for various SKU's etc
- Conduct AS-IS assessments & Gap identification
- Develop hypothesis for improvements and validate them with extensive data analysis on various processes.
- Design and execute improvement plans across manufacturing, demand planning, supply planning and S&OP processes
- Define KPI's for various processes and setup proper review mechanisms
- Actively drive implementation on all initiatives and savings areas
- Work with the Project Manager and understand the change management requirements and contribute on various change & people involvement initiatives
- Conduct process training as required
- Work with client organisation in evaluating the improvement in KPI's
- Document the To-Be process for the client
