Contract & Vendor Management :
- Monthly invoice submission and certification
- Identifying extra items and submission of claims / certification
- Finalizing commercial contracts of vendors /sub-contractors
- Review/Approve contractors/sub-contractors submittals / invoices
- Develop project specific contractual strategies for Management
- Manage changes to the contract
- Issue contractual notices
- Resolve all contractual issues
- Collection of pre-bid information from Tendering dept.
- Ensuring contractual documents submission
- Estimation, costing & Budgeting of all Projects.
- Preparing Work Order, comparision & Note For Record (NFR).
- To evaluate the tender document submitted by the architect
- Preparation of tender like Civil, Electrical, Plumbing,Elevator,HVAC,Road work,Faade,UCR & Fabrication Etc.Preparation & arrange pre bid & Technical meeting.
- Rate Analysis for pre tender & Post Tender estimation.
- Rate Analysis for extra Items submitted by contractor.
- To estimate the cost of all resources & Manpower.Arrange negotiated meeting with tenderers.
- Prepare work instructions and methodology for different activities of work
- To maintain the record of ISO document.
- Working out man power, material, cash flow & discuss with PM for procurement either from management.Working out Actual work done against target given by managements.Proper working of extra claims submitted by contractors
