We have an Opportunity for Head Contracts for Bangalore
Experience : 5-10 years
Head Contracts : (4 Nos - 2 Pre contact and 2 Post contract)
Education - Civil, Diploma etc.
The person should have 5 - 10 years of experience in
A. Pre Awarding Contract - Tendering, Estimation etc.
B. Post Awarding Contract - Finalisation of Vendors / Suppliers, for constructions
- They should have very good written and oral communication skills
- Need to be excellent in negotiation skills
- Must have previous experience in similar role with 30 to 40 Cr. Worth properties
