Contracts Manager (10-15 yrs)
Job Title: Contracts Manager
Experience: 10 to 15 years
Location : Thane Maharashtra
Job Descriptions:
Responsibilities
- Draft the tender documents incorporating all required terms and conditions.
- All kinds of Civil, Finishing, MEP & Infrastructure work of the project.
- All activities from preconstruction to handover of building.
- Invite tender, negotiate & prepare comparative statement for approval.
- Award work order / contract & monitor it.
- Create database of contractors for various activities.
- Interface whenever required with site team / architect.
- Prepare and update MIS on monthly basis for review.
Key Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: B.E. in Civil Engineering (mandatory); PG in Construction/Contract Management or MBA (preferred).
- Experience: 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in contract management within the luxury real estate sector.
- Domain Expertise: Should have executed contracts in civil, infrastructure, finishing and MEP, well versed with clauses, rates, ratios and percentage.
- Mandatory: Should have worked for high rise luxury tower from foundation to handover.
Skills:
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of construction and real estate project cycles.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and contract management software (e.g., Primavera, ERP systems).
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and vendors simultaneously.
Must Have :
- Candidate should be from real estate Develooper or Consulants
- Must have exp in High rise buildings 5 floors to 50 floors
- Relevant & Stable profiles only
- Working exp in Civil Infra, MEP & Finishing exp is required
- Candidate should have expertise in Rate analysis for Civil, Infr & MEP
