Control Engineer - ATI Support (10-20 yrs)
Job Role : Controls Engineer to support ATI (After Treatment Integration)
Level : DGM / GM / Senior GM (Individual contributor role)
Skills : S/w + H/w development - SCR/ DPF/ DOC side/ S/w integration of ATI
Experience : 10 to 20 years
Qualification :
- PhD / Masters of Science / Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree in engineering required.
- Candidates with experience in Designing, Development/Developer, Subject Matter Expert will be suitable.
Job Description :
- Engine Management & Controls Software & Hardware development using Embedded system (Electrical & Electronics controls)
- Control S/W Verification & Validation using Hardware for linkages & protocols
- Design and development of emission efficiency after-treatment On-Board Diagnostic (OBD) system for heavy engines to meet the challenges as per legislations
- Calibration of OBD monitoring functions, Engine & emission efficiency after treatment OBD integration
- Primary focus on SCR catalyst based DeNOx system and Inducement system for NOx control system for heavy duty engines
- Analysing the regulatory requirements, writing technical requirements specifications (TRS)
