Job Description :
- Strong expertise in heading entire gamut of operations to achieve turn around growth & position organization for long-term profitability
- Should have managed Production of atleast INR 100-200 cr p.a
- Leading, mentoring & monitoring performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
- Experience with working with Production or Modular Kitchen & wardrobe Co.
- Interface with all departments for establishing key business strategies and policies for business/ profitability
