We are cool and trendy like the name suggests. We offer latest collections/styles from around the globe to our consumers.

Job Requirements:

- Demand Forecasting for short term & midterm based on trends, history, seasonality, market intelligence, forecast received from Sales & Marketing along with Promotions and discontinuation plan if any.

- Ensure safety of people & Inventory

- Develop processes to improve speed & Quality

- Driving new initiatives based on data.

- Communicate & Coordinate with other departments (within WH & beyond WH) to ensure seamless work.

- Closely Working with Distribution & Logistics teams and ensuring on time deliveries to the Customers.

- Responsible for Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Order Fulfilment and Distribution

- Interview, Select, Coach, Train, Manage & appraise the performance of warehouse & supervisory personnel.

- Working closely with Engineering team to implement new developments & providing feedback.

- Coordinate with other dependent functions in organization for seamless operation execution.

- Safeguard Warehouse operations & Inventory by monitoring/controlling security procedures & protocols.

- Ensure compliance of all local laws related to health and safety and other labour compliances.

- Ensure quantity limits (SKUs) per category has been maintained

- Schedule all maintenance related actionable of the warehouse.

- Automation of processes through WMS.

Qualifications/ Pre-requisites :

- Good people management skills will be managing 100+ manpower

- Passionate about work & focus to achieve results as per KPI

- Good planning & analytical skills

- Proficient in usage of MS Office packages, in particular Excel.

- Comfortable working in fast paced environment.

- Graduation/Post Graduation/MBA

- Lean - Six Sigma Black Belt/Green Belt

- Experience in process improvement/process excellence
