Corporate Quality Manager - Manufacturing Quality & Reliability - FMCG (8-12 yrs)
This role is primarily responsible for driving Pan-India manufacturing Quality initiatives and delivering Part reliability improvements.
Education Qualification B.Tech/ B.E Mechanical from a reputed Institute
Work Experience : 8-10 years (preferably having WCM / Lean manufacturing practices)
Key Responsibilities :
1. Establish Linkages of customer issues with in-house Quality control plans & establish, standardize effective Test methods & coverage
2. Lead Test Automation to get auto data from equipment, data storage, analysis Traceability.
3. Establish SPC work flow management & Andon system across plants
4. Drive Word class mfg activities across plants for WCM pillar of Quality & Focused improvement Pillar using tools like QZ matrix, QM matrix, X-matrix
5. Lead embedment of problem-solving 8D initiative, consolidation & reporting at India level
6. Lead Manufacturing Quality Matrices standardization
7. Data analytics & modeling to create GSIR prediction model giving early warnings
8. Reliability - Cut open analysis of field failed parts to priorities failures, learn from clues and influence HALT/ALT testings, EoL test, Type tests/approval test
9. Reliability Testing (HALT / ALT) to understand weak links and drive improvement with cross functional enrollments.
