Corrugator Machine Operator - Double Backer/Single Facer/Stacker (4-7 yrs)
We are urgently hiring for Corrugator Machine Operators with experience in operating the Double Backer, Single Facer and Stacker machine. The persons need to have experience in corrugated or carton box machine operation with handling of double backer or single facer or NC Cutter machine operation. Ensures the quality of the products being produced within the standards.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Ensure to produce quality sheets / Boards as per the- guidelines.
- Ensuring efficient running of machine to give maximum- productivity at the same time maintaining quality.
- Prepares pallet tags of finished product and put in the- conveyor correctly.
- Advise Maintenance department of any machine problems affecting the machine's production efficiencies and product quality.
- To raise maintenance requisition for any preventive and- corrective maintenance to be done in the machine.
- Perform periodic checks on equipment and solve problems as detected
- Maintain high standard of safety and housekeeping in designated machine
- Performs other related duties that may be assigned to him- by his superior
QUALIFICATION :
- Must be 12th Pass or Diploma
- Must be young and aggressive and willing to be trained in higher level of responsibility. Able to read, write and understand English.
- Computer literate and must know how to deal with people at all levels.
- Hardworking and can work with minimum supervision and under pressure.
