- CMA Qualified required with 2+ years of experience
- Product Costing, Cost Auditing & SAP working experience is must
Job Role :
- Prepare and monitor all product costing estimates for both new and existing product formulations
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses on new projects or initiatives to help management determine whether they are financially viable.
- Analyse all current costing models for accuracy and identify opportunities to streamline and standardize designs where possible.
- Prepare and analyse of monthly/quarterly/annual Cost Sheet (Production costs, including raw materials, labour and overhead expenses).
- Responsible for setting up the standard cost for labour and overheads and bill of material and updated the same on periodical basis.
- Prepare, review and analyse standard and actual costs for variances/inaccuracies or improvements, Perform variance analysis such as quantity variance, price variances etc.
- Responsible for quarterly/annual audits/cost audits/transfer pricing audits in compliance with laws, policies, and procedures
- Knowledge of SAP B/SAP HANA
